So, I have finally updated my website and put pictures up of my "ten convenient stores booklet." When I first made this project I hand produced an artist limited edition of 20 booklets as a zine promotion and a way to reference the Twentysix Gasoline Stations (1967) booklet of Ed Ruscha. At the time I couldn't have imagined that 2 years later I would have one of the pictures for this series hanging next to Ed Ruscha's photograph in an exhibition.

I made a larger edition of 100 booklets and they are for sale for $20 each, if you are interested please contact me via email: me (at) harlanerskine.com

New Andreas Gursky work

© Andreas Gursky.

Looks like Andreas Gursky is getting talked a lot about lately. He is showing his new work and I can't wait to see it up close. Here is a nice pdf of his work. I found a good article and exhibition images in a Wallpaper Portfolio. Here is a good blog post with nice detail shots of the new images.

If you happen to be in London tonight looks like there is a show up for another few days in London at Sprueth Magers London Gallery and also at White Cube.

He opened a show in New York yesterday. Anyone go? if you did how was it? I need to get up there soon. If you didn't go the show is at:
